Membership Application & Renewal Form

OSFN extends an open invitation to join our organization. Our members range in age from 3 to 90 years, and can be long-time area residents, newcomers to the area or cottagers.

We meet on the second Thursday of the month (except during July and August). These evenings are open to the public, so feel free to drop by!

By purchasing my membership online, I am agreeing to the following:

1.  I will abide by the OSFN Code of Conduct as posted on the website.

2.  My email can be used for OSFN communication which includes e-Heralds and receipt of the newsletter. (Note: Our mailing list is not shared.)

I understand that the membership year is from September 1 to August 31 each year. Renewals are due in September.

Members in good standing are entitled to receive the newsletter and take part in all programs sponsored by the Club. They have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting, or other Special Meetings, as may be called.
