DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting of the Owen Sound Field Naturalists will go ahead using a Zoom format due to Covid-19 restrictions.  Our Constitution requires that we hold the AGM within 6 months of the end of our business financial year\, December 31. We will be meeting those requirements.\nThe Annual General Meeting is being held on Thursday\, June 11\, 2020 starting at 7 pm. \nHere are some important instructions. \n1. In advance of the meeting day\, please download Zoom onto your computer or upgrade your account to the most recent version.   \n2. Review the Annual General Meeting Reports. \n3. If\, before the day of the meeting\, you are aware of any questions you would like to ask\, or concerns you would like to have addressed\, please forward them to directors@osfn.ca so that you are not missed.  Additional questions or comments may be brought forward during the meeting as need be. (Zoom does allow for some discussion\, but depending on how many people are in attendance\, it can be awkward.) \n4. Highlights will include old growth maple/beech forest on the Beaver Valley western slope\, the waterfall\, plus the view from the lookout\, across to Old Baldy and east to Eugenia Falls. Please bring a lunch or snack.Good footing\, excellent trail\, medium difficulty with some up and downs over the length of the trail. Walking sticks are a good idea. There are no bathroom facilities during the hike.Meet at Johnston’s side road parking lot.
